Want to prepare your own images? No problem! Before you begin it is important to know that your image(s) must be in the correct format before we can start production of any garment(s). The correct format will result in only the highest quality images/prints that Stackin Tees produces on each and every product we create.

Such file types are as follows:

- PNG (must be re-drawn in house)

- JPEG (must be re-drawn in house)

- PS (Photoshop)

- AI (Adobe illustrator) (Convert all text to outlines)

For best Quality, 300DPI minimum.

Don't want to prepare your images, that's OKAY!
We here at Stackin Tees are here to make sure your vision becomes a reality on time, every time. If you are un-able to present your image in any of the above formats, or simply do not want to, we would be more than happy to assist you. Just send us what you do have and we will work with you to get the rendering the way it needs to be! This work will be included in the final quote before starting production. This may delay productions times up to 48HRS.
Stackin Tees max standard printing size is 13 Inches wide X 16 Inches tall. We CAN print larger, price change will be assessed with quote.

Stackin FAQ's

You have questions and we understand! Browse some of our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) and see if they are any help. If you cant seem to find what you are looking for please feel free to call, or email at your convenience.

Q: What garment will Stackin tees use if I do not specify?

A: If Stackin Tees receives a job with no preference, or objections to what garments we print on, Stackin tees will default to Gildan 50/50 T-shirts due to the durability and longevity of these particular brand of garments. (Stackin Tees is in no way funded or sponsored by Gildan).

Q: What is the best way to send an image to be printed?
A: We would love to receive your image(s) as clear as possible. Preferably at 300 DPI and in Ai or Ps files with all text converted to outlines.

Q: I am sending my image as an Illustrator file, what is a "must" when doing so?
A: Always remember to convert all text to outlines. To do so simply select your text, followed by hitting CTRL + Shift + O. We only print images that are vectored, this is to obtain crystal clear prints every time with no pixilation. Stackin Tees operates on an Inch scale not Pixel.

Q: I'm not sure how big my image needs to be to "look right" on my shirt, suggestions?
A: Don't sweat it! Our staff has been doing this for a long time, we will get it set to exactly where it needs to be. We will produce only the best for our customers!

Q: What type of inks does Stackin Tees use?
A: We use one of three different inks depending on the needs of the customer, and the garment to be printed on. they are as follows,
            - Water based ink. This ink is very durable and most importantly breathable. So you wont be feeling this ink through your garments on those hot summer days! Water based ink dyes the threads of the material and does not have that "raised" feeling.
             - Plastisol ink. Plastisol ink has been around forever, and is our go to ink ! This is the ink you can feel on your garments, and after hundreds of washes starts to crack. This ink is the industry standard that all clothing lines use. Plastisol ink can stand with the best of them and will not let you down!
             - Discharge ink. This ink is designed to dye the fabric of your garments. After a wash or two you wont feel this ink. Also a great ink for those hot summer days!

Q: I noticed your price chart starts with ten, what if I only want two or three garments?
A: That is not a problem! We are more than happy to create those single or double garments for you. For any orders less than 10 we offer a few different options such as heat pressed work. Stackin Tees heat presses using only the best, and highest quality Heat Transfer Vinyl or HTV. HTV is very, very durable and will last many washes.  (All heat press orders will incur a $25 non refundable artwork setup fee). Other options may include DTG printing, or sublimation.

Q: What do the prices on the price chart include?
A: The prices listed on our price chart are the base line pricing for your art work printed on Gildan 50/50 T-Shirts. Your design will be printed on the back of said shirt with a pocket print on the front. The price DOES NOT include shipping or artwork fees.

Q: What does the price chart mean by "1 color, 2 color, etc..."
A: This portion of the chart is in regards to your design. For example, if you have a design that depicts an American flag in solid black, with a solid Blue line as one of the stripes, this is a 2 color design.
Q: Can you only screen print on T-shirts?
A: Absolutely not! Screen printing Is a very versatile art. We can print on most any fabric from head to toe,  from napkins for a wedding, to a canvas print for a Christmas gift! PLEASE do not self eliminate! If you have an idea, PITCH IT to us! we love taking on all kinds of projects and will always strive to meet your needs! 9 times out of 10 we are more than capable of printing on your desired surface.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, cash, and in some cases checks (at Stackin Tees Discretion). Stackin Tees WILL NOT TRADE or BARTER for any work. Please do not ask.

Q: What if I do not feel comfortable disclosing my credit card info?
A: No problem at all! we understand you want to protect your privacy. Please just provide your email address to us and we will send you an invoice in which you can securely pay for your products.

Q: What are some color options for my design?
A: We can print any color you can think of. So get creative because this is YOUR work and we cannot wait to print it!
